Thinking and knowing go hand in hand. Unfortunately the result from such a union inevitably ends like so many marriages and relationships that show early promise. The sound of one hand flapping as its mirror image looks forlornly on is an all too common occurrence.
Knowing that thought is actually an inescapable condition driven by electrical energy emanating from your brain thus arising in consciousness is probably a good start. Until clinical death officially occurs, thinking will be that one hand constantly flapping around, looking endlessly for that suitable elusive partner to clap the consciousness dance into life.
Think of thinking like shrinking. Look at knowing like growing. Thinking something or many things, does not necessarily equate to knowing anything about many things or some things. Thinking requires an awareness that I am actually even thinking. It’s an important requirement before the subject of what am I actually thinking about even begins. So before to even begin with begins, for a great many it’s a leap way too far, such is the reality of the automatic mode they are locked into. Thinking that can promote knowledgeable growth requires a depth of inquiry that virtually unpacks subject matter on one hand, needs conscious thought to be flapping around in the other hand and demands a clapping spark to bring it all together. In a light bulb moment, a virtual leap of quantum level driven evolutionary knowledge has occurred.
Thought driven knowledge has been responsible for many historical well-meaning advances and good intentioned outcomes. Clapping hands have also seen far too many incredible atrocities, deliberate suffering impinged upon millions.
Thought driven knowledge is not only isolated and bestowed upon species human, although our arrogant nature has certainly chosen to believe that premise for too long, resulting in disastrous consequences that are becoming ever increasingly apparent.
We can continue to claim that we didn’t know, weren’t aware and didn’t think. They are simply lazy statements, childlike responses when caught in the act. Evolution has sandwiched choice between thought and knowledge.
That’s the inescapable reverberation heard and felt when flapping and clapping occur.
Observing whats real is becoming increasingly difficult. This site is my view, my perception and my commentary on what I believe to be real, from my own unique position.
