Sitting here thinking about the reality of overthinking things to the point of paralysis seems so absolutely ridiculous.  How can so much thought put into thinking so much about anything not produce an outcome of simple blissful solution?

For those not afflicted with and by the demon of overthinking, don’t think for one moment that you are totally immune to its tentacles, its tormented tinkering with your thinking.
For those thinkers who become deeply constricted and terrifyingly tightened in the swamp, thinking over and over and over about the same thing, it can be a very long mind bending repeating bus ride, to the point of some form of insanity.

Sanguine advice offered as, move on, just do it, make a decision, what the hell’s wrong with you, you know what your problem is don’t you, your overthinking things that’s what’s wrong with you.  Given more to think about, is just what an overthinking sleep deprived near demented perseverating prune really needs.

The jury is still out in regard to what category of malaise the suffering of overthinking should be slotted into.  No matter its array of labelled diagnostic ticketing, its action upon those in a real world of physical manifestation is all consuming.

For the growing group of modern day technologically tormented over thinkers the answers are overwhelmingly there, just a finger tap away.  When ripping your brain from your torsion taut skull and shoving it into an overnight cone of silence doesn’t alleviate your suffering symptoms, thinking about answers is the last thing you want in the empty cavity.

As with all things in life, it’s a process and one can only faithfully hang in there, focusing on the thought that all things do in fact eventually pass.
